HwaList is a free manhwa and web novel tracking platform. Our service allows you to:

• Create and manage custom reading lists.
• Record your reading progress by chapter.
• Discover new works through our explorer and recommendations.
• Participate in discussions and leave comments about works.
• Rate works and share your opinion with the community.

HwaList does not host or distribute manhwa or web novel content. We are exclusively a tracking and community tool.

To access all HwaList features, you need to create an account. By doing so, you agree to:

• Provide truthful information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others.
• Use only one account per person. Multiple accounts may be suspended.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

You are responsible for all content you post on HwaList, including discussions, comments, reviews, and custom lists.

By posting content on HwaList, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display said content within the platform. You retain all rights to your original content and can delete it at any time.

It is strictly prohibited to post or share the following type of content on HwaList:

• Spam: repetitive messages, unsolicited advertising, or automated content.
• Hate speech: content that promotes discrimination, harassment, or violence towards any person or group.
• Piracy links: links to illegal reading sites or unauthorized downloads of manhwa and web novels.
• NSFW content: sexually explicit material, extreme graphic violence, or content inappropriate for minors.
• Impersonation: pretending to be another user, moderator, or administrator.

Violation of these rules may result in content removal and temporary or permanent account suspension.

Cover art, images, and illustrations of manhwa and web novels displayed on HwaList are the property of their respective authors, artists, and publishers. HwaList claims no rights over this content.

We use these images solely for informational and reference purposes, always linking to original sources when possible. If you are a rights holder and wish for us to remove any content, contact us and we will address it promptly.

The design, code, and brand of HwaList are the property of the HwaList team.

HwaList is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We are not responsible for:

• Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues.
• Data loss due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Content posted by other users on the platform.
• The accuracy or availability of information about third-party works.
