Andy Bass is just like any other high school sophomore. She has to deal with maintaining grades, having an arch-nemesis, falling for a cute transfer student, and most importantly, being a vertical mermaid! (Totally normal, right?) Andy is the most hideous creature alive, and she still has to attend public school!
